All orders under $99.99 before taxes will be shipped out at our low premium flat shipping and handling fee of $10.00. If your order is close to the limit, consider adding a Supplement King shaker cup or a King Performance gear item – they would be essentially free when replacing the shipping charge. 

Additional Shipping Information

Daily order processing cut off time is 2:00 pm AST*. All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order pending any order discrepancies, larger volume days due to special sales or offers, weekends, statutory holidays and within our normal business shipping hours Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm AST. We will provide you an email of your order & shipping status including your tracking number via Canada Post.

Return Policy – Purchases made only for Local Store Pick Up

We stand by our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the product is ¾ or more full and within 30 days of purchase, we’ll gladly provide an e-gift card for the value of your purchase. 

Simply bring the product into the store with your receipt and our sales associates gladly help facilitate a return via our toll-free hotline. You’ll receive an e-gift card that can be used in any store or online for the value of your returned product. This e-gift card may not be able to be used for up to 24 hours in the store.

Return Policy – Purchase made online for ship to home or ship to store options 

Please note, purchases made online and shipped to home or ship to store cannot be returned in store and must be returned to our Supplement King Warehouse located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.


If you would like to return a product, an order, or have an order discrepancy please ship it to our supplementking.ca Central Customer Service Centre. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, however we will gladly issue an e-gift card for your original shipping cost to you if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective, or it is due to an order discrepancy (wrong product, wrong flavor, etc). If you are shipping a product back to our company due to our error and require a new product sent back to you we will also pay for these additional shipping charges. All FREE promotional items (t-shirts, shaker cups, samples, etc) must be returned if an original order is sent back for a full credit value. Please contact our supplementking.ca Customer Service Centre by email at info@supplementking.ca to approve sending back your return. Upon receiving the product you will receive an e-gift card for the full value of your purchase because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective, or it is due to an order discrepancy (wrong product, wrong flavor, etc). If returned for a reason determine to be no fault by us upon receiving the product in resale condition you will receive an e-gift card for the purchase value of that product not including shipping and handling fees from original order.


We only ship orders within Canada. We do not accept international orders. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
